GEMÜ CONEXO ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The GEMÜ CONEXO system enables the identification of your process measurement instrumentation, valves, and other components via RFID TAGs. Maintenance Records, Data Sheets, Manuals, Order History and all needed Asset Management documentation at your figure tips on your internal or mobile device.

Technical specifications:

  • Conexo pen: The CONEXO pen is a mobile RFID reading device in the form of a pen. It supports a wide range of different UHF transponder chips.
  • CONEXO app: The CONEXO app provides customer support for maintenance procedures and digital plant documentation.
  • Conexo portal: The CONEXO portal is the CONEXO system’s central management unit and is a server application with a database.

Portal:

With the CONEXO portal, you have a central, digital archive of all maintenance data and documents at your disposal, which you can access quickly and easily from any location.

The portal manages and processes all CONEXO system data, for example:

  • Locations
  • Buildings
  • System sections
  • Components equipped with CONEXO chips
  • Users with individual access rights
  • Maintenance processes
  • Maintenance intervals
  • Maintenance history

The database entries are visualized using a web interface to make access via a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome) possible. As an alternative to installing the CONEXO portal locally on the customer’s own network, it can also be hosted from a server in the cloud (web server).
