Series 1800 Heavy Duty Control Valves are rated for up to ANSI class 300lb. Suited for corrosive materials, liquids, gases, and steam. ARIA Series: Fast Electrically Actuated Valves – Fail-Safe Control Valve for modulating control of instantaneous water heater & Heat Exchanger Applications.
The ARIA Series actuators are designed as either Spring-Fail-Safe upon Loss of- Power, or as Fail-In-Place on Loss-of-Power, (model dependent.) The actuator is mounted onto the control valve via pillars and mounting base and attached via a yoke locknut. The actuator stem and valve stem are connected as well.

Pressure Regulating and Back pressure Sustaining valves with an Integrated Pneumatic Pressure Controller.
Don’t be fooled by the simplicity or the low cost of the Merlin. This Pneumatic Control device has been proven rugged. Used by the Military since 1975; it has passed Navy Shock & Vibe testing. Suitable for a wide range of fluids and just about any harsh environment.
Optimal for pressure reduction or back pressure regulating.

The PICV allows a building management system to control temperature of a coil or HEX and vary the control valve without external disturbances influencing flow rates. MAXIMIZES ∆T, STABILITY, EFFICIENCY AND ENERGY SAVINGS.
There are 2 segments of the PICV, first is an electrically actuated control valve, capable of responding to a control signal from a controller, not part of the PICV. The second senses and regulates a preset adjustable flowing differential pressure across the control valve segment from factory preset to customer’s specifications.
Both segments include pressure balancing control elements of industrial quality for optimum control performance in the presence of high system pressures and ensuring long life.

Deaerator Tank Level Controls:

Type 377 Float Cage:
The 377 Float Cage opens a 322L or 326L Lever Valve to supply intake water to a tank. When the water reaches the desired level the Float Cage closes the Lever Valve to accurately maintain the liquid at the desired level. Buoyancy of its internal float ball provides the force to actuate the lever valve.
Cast iron construction, 1-1/2” NPT connections, 316 stainless steel float ball, steel lever and turnbuckle assembly. Lever and turnbuckle assembly are adjustable to ease installation and connection to lever valve. Mounting bosses can be tapped for optional sight glass assembly.

Type 326L & 322L Lever Valve:
A 377 Float Cage opens the 326L/322L Lever Valve to supply intake water to a tank. When the water reaches the desired level the Float Cage closes the Lever Valve to accurately maintain the liquid at the desired level. The 326L/322L combines a balanced, pilot operated, single seated Type 26/Type 22 globe valve with a rugged lever actuator.
Pilot operated 1/2” through 2” threaded bronze or stainless steel body; semi-balanced 2 1/2” through 3”
flanged iron body. Lever actuators can be reversed from rising lever opens valve to rising lever closes valve.

Type 313 Overflow Trap:
Deaerators, tanks with steam blankets, produce additional liquid as the steam condenses. The 313 Overflow Trap traps and relieves this condensate through its internal pilot without the steam blanket escaping. Buoyancy of its float ball provides force to actuate internal pilot operated single seat valve assembly to relieve condensate and overflow to drain. The overflow trap should be installed in an upright position.
Features steel chamber, brass/ bronze internal valve, 316 stainless steel float ball, sizes 1” through 2” with NPT connections, and 3” through 6” with 150# flanged connections. Pressure drops to 15 PSI. Condensate capacity to over 500,000 #/HR. large end cover provides easy access to internal assembly.

Type 200 Vacuum Breaker:
Falling liquid levels and condensing steam can cause a vacuum that can damage a tank. The 200 Vacuum Breaker opens gradually to admit outside air to relieve the vacuum in the tank. The unit must be installed vertically with its mounting connection downward.

HVAC / BAC:
Warren Controls offers control valve configurations to meet the needs of nearly any Building Automation Control system. A configuration is a valve body assembly, complete with an actuator that can modulate the valve plug to control flow. Stem operating forces are dependent upon packing friction, the size of the seat opening, or area of imbalance, and the differential pressure against which the valve must operate or close. Actuator selections include a variety of pneumatic and electric operators.

When an air supply is available, the features of spring and-diaphragm pneumatic actuators provide a cost
effective solution. These POWERFUL OPERATORS incorporate large diaphragm areas that in combination with the wide variety of valve types can achieve high close-off and tight shut-off. Our pneumatic actuators use air pressure to extend their stems, and spring force to retract them, so that attached stem-in-to-close valve bodies will open upon reduction or loss of air pressure (fail open), and stem-out-to-close valve bodies will shut (fail shut). CONTROL PRECISION, SPLIT RANGE AND CLOSE-OFF FORCES ARE OPTIMIZED by the use of positive positioners.

For modulating electric actuation … POWER, EFFICIENCY, COMPACTNESS, FLEXIBILITY AND ECONOMY are combined with Warren Controls motor technology and STATE-OF-THEART ELECTRONIC CONTROL CIRCUITRY which provide a multitude of control features, high force output and amazingly low energy consumption. Depending on actuator series, power failure will result in Fail-In-Place or Fail Open/Closed as provided w/ internal capacitive storage or an external auxiliary power pack.
